ORDERING FOR YOUR EVENT:

*PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE OR IN THE STORE, ALL ORDERS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE EMAIL ABOVE.
* Advance ordering is required for all orders. We ask that you order any large quantities e.g. corporate orders, weddings, custom orders as far in advance as you can. A deposit is required for all large orders being placed 2 to 6 months in advance.
*All custom orders that require specific colors, fondant toppings, and styles must be ordered in advance. Customer must also submit pictures of the style/color they would like with their order inquiry.
*Communication is key to getting all the information we need from the customer, especially with custom orders. While we do understand life gets busy, we would also appreciate customer's getting back to us with any questions we may have about their orders in a timely manner.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
* Standard size cupcakes 2 dozen per order. ( One flavor per dozen (12) cupcakes is required)
* Mini size cupcakes 4 dozen, per order. (One flavor per two dozen (24) mini cupcakes is required)
* Cake Pops 2 dozen, per order. (One flavor per dozen (24) cake pops is required)
*Chocolate chip cookies 1 dozen per order, per flavor.
*Payments are required once your invoice has been received, unless otherwise agreed. Making the payment confirms your order. Non payment after a reminder has been sent may result in your order being cancelled.
*We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
*Payments can be made in our store if you chose to come in and pay.
*We do not accept checks as a form of payment, unless agreed in advance.
Order cancellation must be made within 48 hours of ordering by emailing us at:
[email protected] Orders cancelled within the 48 hour period will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled the day an order is due will not be refunded.

NO ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED WITHOUT A PAYMENT
